Hello!

I hope you have enjoyed a relaxing weekend. Wasn't the weather wonderful?

Here a video of our final tour day in Washington, DC. We got out of town before the major snow storm, but that meant that we had to miss touring the Pentagon and the Smithsonian. The major events of Day Four included a tour of Mt. Vernon, and a show at Ford's Theatre.

I am now working on a DVD for our DC students. It will hopefully be ready in time for Spring Break.

Happy Thursday!

Eighth Grade Parents: We will be producing a DVD of the Washington trip which will be available in a few weeks. Kathy Pirtle and I took hundreds of photos while in DC, and we will package as many as possible in DVD format for your enjoyment. It is our hope that this will be a keepsake that you and your children will view for many years to come.

Please remember that we have a four-day weekend. School will resume on Tuesday, February 16.
